1. General No-Refund Policy

Important Notice:

We do not provide refunds for CareerGraph Career Guidance Program or individual assessments once the service has been delivered, as we have already invested significant resources for its delivery.

Services Covered by No-Refund Policy:

  • AI-powered career assessment reports
  • Personality and aptitude test results
  • One-on-one career counseling sessions (completed)
  • SMART goal setting sessions (completed)
  • Personalized career roadmaps
  • Assessment reports and recommendations

Reason for No-Refund Policy:

Our career guidance services are knowledge-based digital products and personalized consultations. Once delivered, the value has been transferred to the customer and cannot be returned. We invest considerable time, expertise, and resources in preparing personalized assessments and guidance sessions.

2. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

2.1 Multiple Payments

Refund Available:

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same program due to system/internet issues or any other technical reason, we will promptly refund the extra amount.

2.2 Technical Failures

Refunds may be considered in the following technical failure scenarios:

  • Payment processed but service access not provided due to system error
  • Double charging due to payment gateway issues
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Service completely unavailable due to technical issues on our end

2.3 Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow us to investigate the matter within 3-5 business days

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Investigation Period: 3-5 business days
  • Approval Process: 2-3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 7 working days from approval
  • Maximum Timeline: 15 working days in exceptional cases

3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment mode used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 General Cancellation Policy

Once payment for the Online test or CareerGraph Career Guidance Program is made and the service has been delivered, we do not allow cancellations. This is because we invest resources in advance to deliver our services effectively.

4.2 Pre-Delivery Cancellations

Cancellations may be possible in limited circumstances before service delivery:

  • Cancellation within 2 hours of payment (before assessment access is provided)
  • Cancellation due to technical issues preventing service access
  • Mutual agreement between customer and CareerGraph team

5. Rescheduling Policy

Flexible Rescheduling Available:

In special cases where a customer is unable to attend the scheduled program session and requests accommodation in the next upcoming session, we will reschedule the counseling session.

Rescheduling Conditions:

  • Request must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled session
  • Valid reason must be provided (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.)
  • Rescheduling is subject to mentor availability
  • Maximum of 2 rescheduling attempts per booking
  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 60 days of original booking

6. International Customers

For international customers, the same refund policy applies with the following additional considerations:

  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment
  • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refunded amount
  • International payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timeline may extend by 2-3 additional business days for international processing
  • Currency conversion charges (if any) will be borne by the customer
